Don't have an account? You must either be an established patient at MindWorks or have consulted with Dr. Streicher to establish care (i.e., schedule your initial appointment) to have an account created. Once Dr. Streicher has initiated an account for you, you will receive an email prompting you to finish your account setup. The account setup must be completed before you can use the Patient Portal and access Telepsychology Services.
